PT Assets Management System (PTAMS) is an integrated Web and Mobile based application that allows companies to manage and track their assets. The Web application allows companies to add, track and manage their assets including generating a detailed report which is the fixed assets register anytime and anywhere, meanwhile the Mobile applications allow companies to locate and verify their assets anytime.
The system is capable to auto-generate the Fixed Assets Register (FAR) that is in accordance with the applicable reporting standards.
PTAMS has been developed by Phaahla Tlou IT Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a company based in Polokwane, Limpopo Province that specialises in software developments.
The development of PT Assets Management System come as a result of bringing solutions to the critical challenges that companies are facing while doing their assets verification and assets management. Moreover, the system has been developed to close the gap asset management and verification by combining the two (Assets Management and Verification) into one piece to manage time and to generate a Fixed Assets Register (FAR) that is in accordance with the applicable reporting standards.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr Ally Tlou Moholola is a registered Chartered Accountant (SA). He has more than 13 years’ experience in Advisory and Audit for Private and Public Sector.
Ally has extensive experience in asset management. This includes but not limited to compilation of fixed asset register (IFRS/GRAP compliant), review of relevant policies and assessment of useful lives and residual values.
In his 13 years’ experience, Ally assisted clients to improve or maintain positive audit come (i.e. unqualified or clean audit opinion).
Mr R.I Bogale
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Ike has more than 14 years experience in the ICT specialising in Software Development. He has a background in the Consulting, Financial/Banking and IT industries.
Having worked in different industries, Ike brings a wealth experience in identifying the gap that need to be closed by analysing business requirements/problems and turning them into solutions.
His responsibility includes managing the entire IT in our organization, developing strategy, managing processes and products development.
